1. Refund conditions

Customers can request a refund in the following cases:

Products are defective due to the manufacturer.
Products are not as described or not as ordered.
Products are intact, unused and have full invoices and contracts (if any).

2. Refund request period

Customers can request a refund within 30 days from the date of receipt.

3. Refund process

Inspection: The product will be inspected to confirm the refund conditions.
Refund: After confirmation, the money will be refunded to the customer via the original payment method within 45 working days.
4. Note

Shipping charges (if any) will not be refunded unless the product is defective due to the manufacturer or is not as ordered.
Discounted products or products in promotional programs may not be eligible for this refund policy.
