WEIN COFFEE incorporates a combination of rare ingredients imported 100% from the US including “Lion mane mushroom”, maca root and lingzhi mushrooms. These are combined with ground coffee beans from Dak Lak.  The Dak Lak province produces the best coffee beans in all of Vietnam. The proprietary mixing of ingredients creates a different taste that you will enjoy.
Applying the benefits of careful ingredient selection along with scientific understanding, we have created the healthiest and most flavorful coffee products. With its convenience and quick preparation, our instant coffee meets the needs of coffee lovers who do not have much time to prepare coffee in the slower traditional brewed way.  Although it is called “instant coffee”, we have designed it to have the taste of brewed coffee.

Vietnam produces some of the best coffee in the world. To create this perfect product, the "WEIN instant" coffee production process must go through meticulous stages with.
 

Step 1: Selecting Raw Material
The process begins with selecting highest quality coffee beans available in Dak Lak. The coffee beans are grown in the highland areas where the climate and soil conditions are optimum for coffee-growing. We typically use Arabica and Robusta beans, each with a unique flavor and characteristics.

Step 2: Roasting and Grinding
After selection, the coffee beans are roasted at high temperatures to develop their distinct flavor and scent. This roasting process must be done very carefully to avoid burning the beans, which would affect the coffee's quality. When the beans are roasted, they are ground and made ready for extraction.

Step 3: Extraction
The ground coffee beans are extracted to create a concentrated coffee solution. This extraction is done under high pressure, and at the optimal temperature to capture the full flavor and quality of the beans. This step is crucial to ensuring the instant coffee has a rich and characteristic taste.
 

Step 4: Creating Instant Coffee
In the coffee industry, concentrated coffee solution is dried using one of two methods:
Spray Drying: The coffee solution is sprayed into a hot chamber where the water evaporates quickly, leaving behind fine instant coffee particles. This method is very efficient but some flavor will be lost.
Freeze Drying: The coffee solution is frozen, and then the water is removed through sublimation. This method preserves the coffee’s flavor and quality, but requires more time and cost. Our factory always uses this method to produce WEIN instant coffee.   

Step 5: Packaging
After drying, the instant coffee is packaged in airtight bags to maintain freshness and hygiene. The packaging is designed to prevent exposure to air and moisture, preserving the coffee's quality over time.

Step 6: Quality Control
Finally, the instant coffee undergoes rigorous quality control to ensure it meets food safety standards and retains its delicious flavor. This includes microbiological tests, chemical analysis, and sensory evaluations by experts.
