Delivery policy
1. Scope of application
This policy applies to all orders for products purchased by Royal Viet My Company Limited
2. Delivery process
Ordering:
Customers can order via website, phone, email or directly via our Hotline 0981818755.
When ordering, customers need to provide full delivery information and special requests (if any).
Order confirmation:
After receiving the order, we will contact the customer to confirm the order information and make a contract.
A contract email or order confirmation message will be sent to the customer.
Preparing goods:
Goods will be carefully prepared and packaged to ensure safety during transportation.
Products will be quality checked before delivery.
3. Delivery
Delivery time:
Delivery time will be specifically agreed with the customer when confirming the order. Normally, the delivery time within the city is 1-2 working days and outside the city is 3-5 working days.
In special cases (eg holidays, natural disasters), the delivery time may be longer. We will notify the customer if there is a delay.
Delivery cost:
The delivery cost will be calculated depending on the location and shipping method. The specific cost will be notified to the customer when placing the order.
Delivery and payment:
When the goods are delivered to the customer's address, the delivery staff will collect the money directly from the customer.
Customers need to carefully check the goods before paying and receiving the goods. If there is any problem with the goods, the customer can refuse to receive the goods and contact us for resolution.
4. COD payment regulations
Payment method:
Customers pay in cash to the delivery staff immediately upon receiving the goods.
Customers pay by bank transfer in advance with a value greater than 20 million
The payment amount includes the value of the product and delivery costs (if any).
Handling when the customer is not present:
If the delivery staff arrives at the delivery address but cannot meet the customer, we will contact the customer to rearrange the delivery time.
After 3 unsuccessful deliveries, the order will be canceled and the customer will be responsible for the additional delivery costs (if any).
